Originally established in 1999, Colbico started as an investment fund with diverse holdings in residential and commercial real estate, startups, and established publicly traded companies, having funded over $200M in various investments with an impressive overall annual ROI of 9.7% (14.3% including startups). In 2001, Colbico added its development branch and started developing properties in the USA.

Colbico financed and built/developed some of the most beautiful properties in Silicon Valley and was actively involved in developments throughout the United States, including Las Vegas’ Turnberry Place, Sterling Club, Florida’s Monarch Country Club, and Villas at San Matera, homes in Santa Barbara and Beverly Hills, and many others.
